From November 30, 2024 to January 5, 2025, the magic of Christmas takes over the châteaux of the Loire Valley.

It’s Christmas in the Pays des Châteaux! For the occasion, 7 of the finest châteaux in the Loire Valley will be decked out in their finest finery, plunging you into the magical world of Christmas. Amboise, Azay-le-Rideau, Chenonceau, Chinon, Langeais, Loches and Villandry… 7 extraordinary châteaux in 7 wonderful worlds. These 7 châteaux and their Tourist Offices offer you the chance to take advantage of an exceptional visit rate in the form of a Châteaux Pass.

Passes are valid for the duration of the “Christmas in castle country” operation.

How does it work?

Depending on the pass you choose, visit 3, 5 or 7 of the 7 châteaux in the operation (limited to 1 visit per site). Present your pass in card form or electronically to the châteaux and our partners. The Pass is nominative and personal (please indicate the name of the beneficiary per Pass). It is valid from November 30, 2024 to January 5, 2025 inclusive, and expires when the number of visits has been reached.

Practical information about the châteaux

Prior to any visit, we recommend that you contact the châteaux directly to find out about opening days and times and when the ticket offices close. With the exception of Azay-le-Rideau and Amboise, Passes do not constitute a ticket for a queue. They do not include access to temporary exhibitions, guided tours or special events at partner sites, unless otherwise specified.
