A breath of fresh air and a dose of adrenaline at Gadawi Park!<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We set off to try out Gadawi Park Aventure for you, a company set up in two parks in the great outdoors, offering several high-ropes courses<\/a> and zip-lines near Tours<\/strong>. Located in the heart of the forest, this outdoor activity is perfect for enjoying a little physical activity, letting off steam or facing up to a fear of heights, all in a peaceful atmosphere.<\/p>\n

The teams at Gadawi Park regularly ensure the maintenance and safety of equipment, while seeking to renew the activities on offer \u2013\u00a0for example, with the launch of the new net course<\/strong>. The two sites offer a range of levels, from the children’s course located 1 metre from the ground to the dizzying course for real experts \u2013 there’s something for all ages! \u00a0<\/p>\n

Each park offers up a dozen routes,<\/strong> including one 18 metres high and an almost kilometre-long zipline<\/strong>! Between climbing, scrambling, jumping or gliding on a zipline, everyone will have fun here as the hours fly by! Our exciting course amid the trees!<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

One foot in the harness, then the other, and it’s time to take on the introductory course<\/strong> to learn how to use the equipment<\/strong>! After a few safety rules, we took on four courses, each as fun as the last! One thing’s for sure, we won’t forget this moment at Gadawi Park<\/strong> any time soon.<\/p>\n

We found that there is a great diversity between the routes<\/strong>, which pushed us to surpass ourselves and overcome our fears, whether climbing or balancing between platforms. For example, we struggled to walk on the balls that we felt rolling beneath our feet, but making it past them gave us a little confidence boost for the rest of the course. Little by little, we felt our muscles warm up, because this high-ropes course really gets the whole body working!<\/p>\n

The climax of our adventure came as we tried out the zipline over the lake.<\/strong> What’s for sure is we came out much less dry than we arrived, but we all had a good laugh! Our favourite at Gadawi Park is the double zipline. After a bit of a brain-teaser getting our carabiners onto the double lifeline, we were ready to fly like the birds. A fantastic moment which really allowed us to share the thrill of gliding through the air together!<\/strong><\/p>\n

We finished off our afternoon at Gadawi Park with a walk through the net course, which really brought us back to our childhood on this giant trampoline<\/strong>, taking great long strides to walk through the nets. Feelings of floating and lightness<\/strong>, combined with mad laughter, forever engraved in our memories!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Through this experience, we discovered that a high-ropes course is not just a physical activity,<\/strong> it also takes a good bit of thinking! This adventure in the heart of the trees really called on all our senses<\/strong>, offering us an unbeatable feeling of freedom. We realised that we were much more in tune with the environment around us and what our body was feeling.<\/p>\n

Finding ourselves in unusual body positions also allowed us to adjust our perspective and refine our observation and forward-thinking skills<\/strong>. Touch was also very important to hold on properly, for example, or to get a good grip on the various supports. Not to mention all the scents that immersed us even deeper in nature. As for taste, it was at the end of our outing that we called on this sense, as you can quench your thirst or enjoy a bite to eat on the comfortable rooftop, equipped with nets, for a real moment of relaxation!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The advantage of this\u00a0activity\u00a0is that it can be enjoyed with both friends or family. The high-ropes course is a moment of sharing and fun to strengthen bonds<\/strong>, offering children the cheeky little pleasure of overtaking mum and dad. On fine days, it’s also an activity to enjoy on a Wednesday afternoon after school, at the weekend or during a stay at the grandparents’. With this bucolic outdoor setting<\/strong>, you can also enjoy the charm of the lake and the forest without taking on the high-ropes course, by heading for a stroll or taking a seat on the grass, while the children enjoy themselves becoming real Tarzans in absolute safety!<\/p>\n

Committed to an eco-responsible approach<\/strong>, Gadawi Park is dedicated to minimising its activity’s impact on the environment.
